Spreading Smiles, One Card at a Time: Tiny Tots Event at the University of Arkansas

Earlier this month, the Tiny Tots Health Initiative hosted a special card-writing event at the University of Arkansas—one that brought together students, creativity, and community impact. The event was organized by our three incredible Arkansas state leads, who coordinated logistics, gathered supplies, and rallied their peers to show up and give back.

And show up they did—over 20 volunteers came out to write cheerful, uplifting cards for young patients. From bright colors and doodles to encouraging messages and fun jokes, the energy in the room was joyful and collaborative.

The cards were delivered to Harmony Health Clinic in Little Rock, a nonprofit that provides free medical and dental care to uninsured and underserved residents of Central Arkansas. Staffed largely by volunteer health professionals, Harmony focuses on treating patients with dignity, respect, and compassion—values that align perfectly with Tiny Tots’ mission.

We’re proud to support Harmony’s work and grateful to our Arkansas state leads for making this event possible. Their leadership turned an idea into action—and that action brought hope and smiles to children who need it most.

To our Arkansas team: thank you. To our volunteers: thank you. And to anyone reading: this is what community health looks like.
