Tiny Tots Health Initiative has partnered with health clinics from various US states and international countries. For each state, there is at least 1 health clinic. Each state/country has a representative you can reach if you have any questions (please see specifics subtags above). If you are a clinic interested in participating in our programs, please fill out this form and a member of our team will reach out.
